Grilled Mojo Steak with Pineapple Salsa

Fast Lane Global Flavors: Seared steak is tossed in a zesty sauce with green onions, Cuban spices, and topped with a pineapple salsa.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat grill or broiler and remove steak from packaging.
2.Sear steak over med.-high heat until desired doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3.Set aside and allow to rest.
4.In a small pot, over med.-low heat, add mojo seasoning and allow to cook 30 sec while stirring. Add in Mojo sauce mix and cook for 2 min. to heat through.
5.To serve: slice steaks against the grain and toss in mojo sauce. Plate steak slices and top with pineapple salsa and any remaining mojo sauce.
