Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with Pineapple and Peppers

New This dish is the perfect combo of tangy and sweet as our tender chicken breasts remain juicy while cooked on top of a blend of peppers, onion, and pineapple, all slathered with a Hawaiian BBQ sauce and wrapped in foil. The best part? Zero clean up and mess!

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator

1.Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
2.To assemble foil packs; cut a 12 inch square sheet of foil. To one side of foil square add 1/3 of pineapple and vegetable mix leaving a 1 inch border for sealing. Place chicken breast on top of vegetables, and sprinkle with rub mix. Add Hawaiian BBQ sauce over seasoned chicken. Fold over and seal edges. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
3.GRILL: Turn down direct heat to low and place directly on grill and cook 15-20 min.
OVEN: Place in oven and cook for 20-25 min or until cooked through (internal temp 165°F.)

Prep time: 25-30 min.
