Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Add ground beef to oatmeal mixture bag, re-seal and thoroughly combine contents of bag.
3.If using baking sheet, form meat into 4x6x2" loaf and place on nonstick baking sheet. If using muffin pan, roll meatloaf into 6 balls and place each ball in muffin cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Spread chili sauce evenly over top of meatloaf.
5.Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 min. for muffin pan or 45-55 min. for loaf pan (internal temp 160°F.) Allow meatloaf to rest in pan for 5 min.
6.Serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.

5.Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 min. for muffin pan or 55-65 min. for loaf pan (internal temp 160°F.) Allow meatloaf to rest in pan for 5 min.
