Thai Coconut Shrimp over Jasmine Rice

Thaw in refrigerator
1.In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Fluff with fork.
2.Meanwhile, drain and rinse shrimp.
3.Over medium heat in a medium sauce pan, add bag of Thai coconut sauce and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes to thicken.
4.Add shrimp and continue to simmer gently, until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked, 4-6 minutes.
5.Serve Thai Coconut Shrimp over jasmine rice.
