1.In a large pot, add tomato broth base and bring to a full boil.
2.Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 min.
3.Remove lid, add seafood, cover and cook for 5-7 min or until cooked through (internal temp. 145°F.)
CROCKPOT
1.Cook soup base on low for 3-4 hours. Turn to high and add seafood, cover and cook for another 10-20 min. until cooked through (Internal temp. 145°F).
Prep time: 25-30 min.
