Salisbury Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy and Mashed Potatoes

New Bring on the comfort with these tender beef and bacon meatballs simmered in a rich brown gravy with sauteed mushrooms. Served over creamy mashed potatoes for a Sunday Supper Favorite!

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with seasoned meatball mixture. Firmly roll 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
3.Spray an 8x8 baking sheet with nonstick spray and evenly distribute meatballs across pan and place in oven.
4.Cook for 25-30 min. until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 155F)
5.While meatballs are cooking, heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add seasoned mushrooms to heated pan and cook for 4-5 min.
6.Add gravy base liquid to pan with mushrooms and stir to combine. Bring sauce to a boil and then turn down the heat and let simmer. The gravy should thicken and become glossy.
7.Place mashed potatoes in medium saucepan, over medium heat stirring frequently until heated through and smooth.
8. Add cooked meatballs to gravy and serve immediately over mashed potatoes.
