Joanne Giordano, President and Chief Operating Officer

As president and COO, Joanne is responsible for growth and day to day operations of Dream Dinners. Joanne's passion is leading and developing people. She spent the first part of her career with ESIS, a Third Party Administrator, now a part of CHUBB Group of Insurance Companies in various roles in Operations. Joanne's specialty was implementing large scale projects, improving systems and reducing expenses. Joanne also has expansive experience in crisis management including heading up the intake effort for the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill claims. Joanne plays a vital role in the function of Dream Dinners, supporting a nation-wide team in daily operations and management. Joanne holds a BA in Psychology from University of Washington in Seattle, WA and a MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.

When not in the office...
I am spending time with my husband, Chris and our son Jake who are both the loves of my life.

Tina Kuna, Vice President, Chief Sales Officer and Co-Founder

Tina is responsible for Dream Dinners store sales and franchise administration. She also leads the Dream Dinners Foundation in their efforts to feed those in need both in the US and abroad. A recognized innovative leader in the meal assembly industry, Tina Kuna was instrumental in creating the innovative Dream Dinners business model, which has become the industry standard. In 1996 as a working mother of three, Kuna adopted the assemble-and-freeze method for her family, as taught to her by eventual business partner Stephanie Allen. The partners founded Dream Dinners in 2002 and since that time the company has flourished under Tina's strategic direction.

Tina's 20-years of professional experience includes financial and management expertise, spending five years as the controller for Northport Fisheries and was the business manager for ITS (Inventory Technology Systems). She also owned and operated Port Gardner Bookkeeping for five years and has held a number of leadership positions across a variety of industries.

Accolades include:

  • Co-author of the #1 New York Times bestselling book, The Hour That Matters Most.

A strong advocate of families eating together, Tina plays a key role in bringing the Dream Dinners solution to communities across the nation as the company continues to grow.

When not in the office...
I love spending time with my family and playing Chip and Joanne with our own Fixer Upper.
What is your favorite Dream Dinners meal?
New one - Fully Loaded Baked Potato Soup. My old favorite is Chicken Mirabella.
Why do you love working at Dream Dinners?
I love working at Dream Dinners because we celebrate and encourage the family connection around the dinner table.

Kevin Mayo, CFO and Lead of Finance and IT Teams

Kevin is responsible for leading Dream Dinners IT and Finance teams while creating strategic efficiencies across Dream Dinners programs, systems and processes. Before joining the Dream Dinners team, Kevin held the role as CFO of a biotech startup in Seattle. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young and also previously held both Domestic and International Financial leadership roles at Kraft Foods and Terex.

When not in the office...
I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling and relaxing with a good book.
What is your favorite Dream Dinners meal?
The Seafood Cioppino.
Why do you love working at Dream Dinners?
I love that we are helping families spend time together around the dinner table. Spending time with my mother, father, brother and sister around the dinner table are some of the fondest memories that I have and I would like everyone to have that experience.
